Orders
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click “Add to Cart”. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your payment securely.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity via our Contact page.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Portugal and over 27 countries across Europe and beyond, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the US.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Typically 3–5 business days within Portugal and 7–14 business days for international orders.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on selected orders. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted payment system. We never store your card details.
